Returns & Exchanges Policy

At World Wine, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but if your selection arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened products. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect bottle within 30 days of delivery.

    Receive Authorization

    Our wine experts will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  • 3.
    Pack with Care

    Securely place the unopened bottle back in its original protective packaging to ensure it does not break during transit.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once our cellar team inspects the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
